Samsung partners with Mobile Entertainment Africa



Samsung Mobile South Africa has signed a partnership deal with UK-based conference company, All Amber. The deal will make Samsung Mobile South Africa the Platinum Sponsors for Mobile Entertainment Africa conference, which is taking place at the One & Only Hotel, Cape Town, from 23 – 24 August 2011 on the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, South Africa.

Google to buy Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion

In a surprise deal, Google has agreed to buy Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion, two companies said Monday.
Google is paying $40 a share for Motorola Mobility Holdings, a premium of 63% over its closing price on Friday.
